The KGC Staff Staff had their Christmas Party commencing with "Prinks" in the Clubhouse then on (by bus) to The Gables in Foxrock Village for a very quiet dinner!! A fun night was had by all. I suspect there may have been few sore heads on Tuesday morning...
Niall Dunne retained his title of "Best Festively Dressed" - He is going for the hat trick and needs some serious competition next year to get the Elvis Trophy off him.
Luke O'Brien gave us an amazing powerful rendition of Andrea Bocelli & Sarah Brightman's "Time to Say Goodbye" IN ITALIAN! All I can say is WOW - his talents are endless! Don't expect a repeat performance unless you ply him with cocktails in advance.
As well as organising the whole event, Lisa Lowry also devised a fun table quiz (which was carefully judged by Mary Griffin). Delighted to announce "The GM's Team" took 1st Prize on the night winning the Golden Trophy.
It was great so see both Carol & Avril hobble in on the night. Here's wishing them both a speedy recovery for 2024. We want to hear them both singing "Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Ankles" next Christmas.
