Ladies,

Following the recent Government announcement on the easing of Covid restrictions we are delighted that we can go ahead with our Ladies Dinner, however, there are some important changes to arrangements for which we appreciate your co-operation.

We will be unable to host the usual Reception on arrival.   All attendees, who will require to be fully vaccinated, will go straight to their tables where table service from the bar will be available.   We anticipate a busy time for table service when everyone is arriving; please be patient and remain compliant with the restrictions.   Masks must be worn at all times except when seated at your table.

We are also limited to the numbers that may attend; we can have 100 in the dining room plus 18 in the bar.   There is no option for outdoor dining on this occasion.

As this is the evening when the Trophies are presented we would ask that those ladies receiving a trophy make an effort to book early.

Booking will be available in the Bar on Monday 8th November from 11am till 1.30pm.   Please make up tables of 6 or 8 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Payment will be taken directly from your Smartcard a couple of days in advance of the dinner.   Please make sure you have sufficient funds in your General Account.
