I have now got the starting date for my next 5 week program running on 5 consecutive Wednesday's or Saturday's in November/December.

The Wednesday Class will run from 10am - 11am and will be €50 with a maximum of 8 spots available on a first paid first in basis. The start date will be Wednesday the 4th November and the class will run for an hour. The classes are open to non-members so if you want to bring a friend please do.

The Saturday Class for those of you working Monday to Friday will run from 10am - 11am. The first date will be Saturday 7th November and will be €50 with a maximum of 8 spots available on a first paid first in basis. Both classes are open to guests so if you have a friend who might be interested please let them know. Here is the full schedule as it will run:
