A FEW UPDATES FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
Sergio & Gillian's Wedding - Monday 5th August
We wish Sergio & Gillian the very best for their upcoming wedding day. Sergio’s final day is Thursday, 1st August before the upcoming nuptials. We have a box in the bar if any member would like to leave a card for them.
Registration of Guests and Green Fees
I have conducted a review over the last month along with the Timesheet Committee. There have been a number of breaches of the rules unfortunately. All members guests, without exception, MUST be registered and paid for PRIOR to the round in the Pro Shop. If the pro shop is closed, the guest/guests must be registered and paid for in the bar. Your guest is not insured otherwise and this will result in disciplinary action. We also have a legal requirement (Tusla) that all Juniors must be registered and known to the golf club. These rules are in place for your protection.
A few Items of Housekeeping:
- Can we also ask members to remove their names from casual lines should you decide not to play.
- Can you please not book guests on lines that are not guests or players. If a guest is booked to play and not registered / paid for or cancelled prior to play your smart card will be debited.
- If you are playing a singles match and wish to block two spaces please type the word Match into BRS this will bring up an option to book as a match.
If you see any breach of the protocols, please bring this to our attention.
Buggy Storage Items removed
There are a number of items that have been left idle in the buggy storage area which have been removed. They will be kept in storage for two weeks for any owner to identify their property. Please contact the office if you own an item in the picture below. This area is for club storage in the carousels and buggy storage on the shelves only. Items left idle leave the area unsightly.
