What a glorious day we had for our Springsomes Qualifier in conjunction with our Internal Mixed Scotch Foursomes Tournament. Our Invitation Week kicks off this Sunday with our 18 Hole Team Event, Kindly sponsored by Findlaters (1 morning line has come available). Followed by our Super Tuesday Men's Event Kindly sponsored by John Dawson of Snap Leeson Street (a couple of slots still up for grabs). We also have 1 line currently available (8.10am) for our Ladies Semi-Open on Thursday week (4th July) kindly sponsored by Sunway (Vice-Captain Tina Airey). Best of Luck to everyone taking part in these events.

Juniors! Remember Wednesday Week (3rd July) is an Invitation Fourball Event. Be sure to invite your friends (with GUI handicaps) to come along.

COURSE UPDATE
Practice Range Etiquette
We wish to remind all members of the rules and etiquette when using the practice range. Golf balls are to be hit towards and up to the flags only. Hitting the balls towards the practice nets, putting green and 9th fairway is strictly forbidden. It was very disappointing to see the following balls collected this morning from 9th fairway. 200+ golf balls. There were 30+ golf balls in the Elephant’s bath bunker this morning. This caused the Pro shop to close this morning to rectify the situation. Failure to adhere to the rules will result in disciplinary action. This is our golf club and the rules are in place for your safety and enjoyment.

QR UPDATES

I wish to thank the members who have been providing feedback regarding hospitality through the QR codes. We now have these in place for all dining events also.

Men's Locker Room

There are a number of items that have been left in the men’s locker room for quite some time this year. If you have forgotten an item, please take a look in the locker room.
We will be removing the lost property section on Monday and placing it into temporary storage to clear the area up. Please contact the office if you need us to put any item aside. Many Thanks for your co-operation.
