Killiney played Foxrock in the first round of the Pierce Purcell Shield last Sunday the 27th, with 2 matches at home and 3 away.

This was a close affair, but despite a very gallant effort by the Killiney team, home advantage paid off for Foxrock, who came out on top with a 3-2 win.
