OMG were do I start?  This was the most nail biting match that I have ever watched.... very stressful!  From the get go it was looking like we would lose the first match, win the second, lose the third , win the fourth match.  This is what transpired - Kathy lost, Cathryn won, Orla lost and Claire had an early win. So from the Turn everything was rlying on the fifth and final match. Mieke was 3 down with 9 to play - all the gods were called to help!

Mieke started to reign her in slowly but surely and by the 16th the were all square. Mieke went one up on the 17th . The 18th was all to play for - nail biting stuff!  Lots of supporters following them - the pressure was building. Foxrock sank an awesome putt on the 18th and so moving the pressure back onto Mieke. A putt for a half was required - Mieke held her nerve and …… sank the putt. Quarter finals here we come !
