There is an issue with the Waiting List.

When a member enters his or her name on a waiting list, the list will monitor the timesheet and enter the member's name on the sheet, immediately a slot becomes available.

The member should receive email confirmation that they have secured a space on the timesheet.

Recently, emails associated with the Waiting List bookings have not been transmitted.

BRS are aware of this issue. The development team have been working on this. The fix will be rolled out in an update this Tuesday (26 March).
