Wow - Honorary President – and bestowed on one so young……

I am absolutely delighted to accept this role.  It is a real honour to serve as any officer in Killiney golf club but Honorary President is very special.

Following in the footsteps of Carmel, Michael and Valerie, I thought – these are big shoes to fill but then I realised I probably take to same size shoe as Valerie so I should be okay.

But you know what they say – small feet – big heart and I can assure you that I will put my heart and sole into being the best ambassador for Killiney Golf Club that I can possibly be.

I would like to thank so many of our members for their recent kind wishes and I’ll do my best to meet and exceed your expectations.

I am sure I will get plenty of opportunity to talk to you all during my year.

So, for now, thank you all very much.
