Take Notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Ordinary, Veteran, Honorary and Honorary Life Members of Killiney Golf Club will take place on Wednesday November 29th, 2017 at 8.00pm in the clubhouse for the purpose of transacting the following business:

• Minutes of the 2016 Annual General Meeting.
• Election of Chairperson.
• The adoption of the Annual Report and statement of accounts for the year ended 30th September 2017.
• The Election of Honorary Officers.
• The Election of Trustees.
• The Re-Election of the Auditors.
• Notices of Motions.
• Election of Honorary President.
• Any Other Business.

Copies of the annual Accounts will be available in the Secretary Manager’s Office from November 24th, 2017. Further copies will be available at the meeting.
