Log out of the website when you're finished

When you're finished using a PC in the locker room, it's important that you completely log out of the system when you're finished. If you don't completely log out, your Personal Home Page will display on screen.

It takes three clicks to log out. To completely log out after using a timesheet:

  1. Press Log Out - this logs you out of Members' Booking or timesheets. (Fig 1)
  2. Press Back to Club Website. This will display your Personal Home Page. (Fig 2)
  3. Press Log Out. (Fig 3)
What happens if you don't completely log out

Suppose you use one of the locker room PC to access a timesheet. When you're finished, you press Log Out. Fig 1.

Fig 1: Log Out of Member's Booking / Timesheets

This logs you out of Member's Booking or timesheets. It does not log you out of the website.

The following screen pops up.

Fig 2: You're now logged out the the timesheets

Fig 2 shows the page that display on screen when you log out of Member's Booking. It will remain on screen for approximately 1 or 2 minute and then, automatically, go back to the website, displaying your Personal Home Page. Pressing Back to Club Website will also display your Personal Home Page. If you do nothing when you log out of the timesheets, the system will automatically go Back to Club Website and display your Personal Home Page on screen. You may not want this.

  Fig 3: Personal Home Page

To completely log out of the website you should go Back to Website and press Logout at the top right hand corner of your Personal Home Page. See the red arrow in Fig 4.

If you do nothing your Personal Home Page will display on screen for approximately 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, if there's no mouse movement the system will assume there's on one at the keyboard and close the account. In the interim your Personal Home Page will display on screen.

If you want to keep your Personal Home Page personal, make sure you completely log out when you're finished.
