1. Re-sodding of worn areas approx. 300 sq. metres;
2. Hollow coring and all ancillary works needed following coring (January);
3. New walkway on right hand side of 3rd Fairway crossing the ditch/drainage channel;
4. New steps and edging on 7th Tee;
5. Tree Cutting to the right and left-hand side of 9th/18th Fairway;
6. Trimming of low hanging branches from trees;
7. Filling in drain on back of 2nd Green to the right of 3rd Fairway and in front of Ladies 18th Tee;
8. New sprinkler heads on all Tees and Greens excluding 3rd Green, 6th/15th Tee, 9th/18th Men’s Tee and 2nd Green;
9. New Pathway from 1st Green to 2nd Tee and 3rd Green to 4th Tee;
10. Upgrade bunker on left side of 1st Green;
11. Installation of fence around open reservoir;
12. We should include trimming of low hanging branches from trees;
13. Up-lighters on 1st Tee;
14. All work to be completed by 28th February 2018.
