The new app (BRS Golf), which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play, has been a great success. By Nov 30 there were 219 successful logins via the app from Killiney members.

If you haven’t used it, I recommend you check it out. It's fantastic and a credit to the developers. It makes a timesheet very legible on the small screen of a smartphone.

I’ve had a few reports of difficulties. I suspect they're all related to a password issue. Passwords are now case sensitive. For example, a password such as sandtrap is different to Sandtrap. The capital "S" or lack of it, will cause a problem.

If you're having difficulty logging into the system via the app, use the Forgot Password functionality on the app's login screen. This will email you a link to enable you to reset the password.

If you're uncomfortable doing this you could ask Mags in the office to reset your password.
